Hi. I’m Fabian, a highly experienced and qualified teacher. I’ve been teaching for over 20 years, having studied music in Cork (BMus 2004) and Bristol (PhD 2010).

All ages, levels and styles are welcome – in our lessons you’ll learn about rhythm and improve coordination, while building self-confidence and enjoying your time at the drum kit.

As a touring and session drummer and highly versatile musician (choir director, lecturer and drummer in many bands), I can help you work on a solid technical foundation, while also having fun with a wide range of different types of music. All students are different and learn in different ways, so all teaching programmes will be tailored to the needs and strengths of individual students, while making sure that basic technical and musical points are securely established.

I can teach in your home or at a studio. I teach in various parts of Bristol, so please do get in touch to check availability.
